    We measured 10,020 restaurant websites built on dedicated restaurant platforms. 72% pass Core Web Vitals on mobile with a median load of 1.2 seconds, while the app-heavy national chains are the slower ones.

    Loading and responsiveness are near-universal. Layout stability is the lone weak metric, usually a hero image or menu with no reserved space.
