The site was unreliable and slow, impacting both customer experience and sales. The site suffered from major server configuration issues that caused intermittent downtime and extremely slow response times. These server-level problems compounded the typical WooCommerce performance issues. ## Goals & Objectives The primary goal of this project was to improve Google's Core Web Vitals, site speed, and overall user experience and usability.
