The site was weighed down by dozens of plugins, many of which loaded scripts and styles on every page regardless of whether they were needed. This created severe performance bottlenecks and slow page loads across the entire store. ## Goals & Objectives The primary goal of this project was to improve Google's Core Web Vitals, site speed, and overall user experience and usability.
