Our Commitment

We stand behind our work. If we cannot measurably improve your website's speed, we'll work with you to find a resolution.

Audit Services

Performance audit fees are non-refundable once the audit has been delivered, as the work product (the audit report) has been provided.

Optimization Services

If our optimization work does not result in measurable speed improvements as defined in our project agreement, we will continue working at no additional cost until the agreed-upon improvements are achieved.
