Services

PageSpeed Matters provides website speed optimization services including performance audits, Core Web Vitals optimization, image optimization, JavaScript optimization, and related consulting services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before the start of each project. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All optimizations and implementations become the property of the client upon completion and final payment. Our proprietary methods, tools, and processes remain our intellectual property.

Portfolio & Marketing Use

By engaging our services, you grant PageSpeed Matters permission to reference your project — including your website name, URL, performance metrics, and results — as part of our portfolio, case studies, testimonials, and marketing materials. This may include use on our website, social media, presentations, and promotional content. If you prefer not to be featured, simply let us know in writing at any time and we will promptly remove or exclude your project from future marketing use.

Limitation of Liability

PageSpeed Matters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
